Accompanied transportation : Door-to-door servive to gain mobility
Based on the values of friendliness, safety, reliability and punctuality, Aloha Trsnport SA provides a flexible and personalized service along transportation. This door-to-door service is suitable to both elderly and reduced mobility disabilities people, sick children, and for families and companies :
- to places of care with support from home to the consultation and all destinations of everyday life (work, hairdresser, bank,…)
- for the children from home to final destination (school, leisure, medical office …)
- transportation of groups at conferences, fairs, departure and arrival station/airport/hotel, tours …)
- transport of families with children : Aloha Transport SA works not only in the Canton of Geneva, but also throughout Switzerland and Europe for long distance transportation.
Aloha Transport SA is not an ambulance service and does not transport sick people who need care and healthcare devices during transportation. Do not hesitate to ask your doctor’s advice about it.
Drivers of Aloha Transport : Friendliness and professionalism
Our drivers are selected primarily for their professionalism but also for their human qualities : courtesy, diplomacy, psychology, inerpersonal skills and reliability.
All our drivers are highly motivated and understand the constraints of disabilities and reduced mobility. They all receive in-house training of two months and mandatory training for professional drivers. They followed first aid training with specialization (heart disease, defibrillators, emergency grandchildren …)
They have the special driving licence TPP 121 or 122 according to the Federal Law on professional drivers.
Aloha Transport vehicules : safety and comfort above all !
Aloha Transport has a fleet of 40 vehicules, including 8 minibuses from 9 to 14 seats.
The vehicule equiment varies according to the use :
- swivel seats adapted to the ergonomics and facilitating movements
- specific mechanisms to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers in wheelchair
- car seats suitable for children according to their age (booster, car seats)
Child car seat :
- According to the federal guidelines of April 1st, 2010, art OCR 3a, children under 12 must be attached by a suitable retaining device to the approved car seat or booster.
- All vehicules of Aloha Transport are equipped with devices ensuring the safety of children during transportation.
- All car seats and booster seats of Aloha Transport are certified according to the ECE Regulation n° 44

All vehicules pass an annual roadworthiness test. They are equipped with a tachygraphy and 96000 or 960 000 professional licence plates required by the Cantonal laws of Geneva.
Equipment, devices and maintaining fasteners as well as swivel chairs are checked annually.
All vehicules have an adequate insurance that covers accompanied transportation, which are only one to compensate for accidents during transport with drivers.
Regulatory framework
Aloha Transport adheres strictly to the Cantonal Law LTaxis and Limousines H130.
Tachygraphy : speed control system, dring time, work/customer waiting, break… It is mandatory in the context of a professional transport activity.
